A FIRE broke out in a Drumchapel towerblock yesterday (Sunday) morning.
At around 6.30am, emergency services attended 27 Linkwood Crescent to tackle the blaze on the thirteenth floor.
Local man David Forsyth managed to capture the scenes on video.

A Scottish Fire Service spokesman said: “We received the first of several 999 calls at 6:20am and crews were sent from Clydebank, Knightswood and Milngavie.
“A team in breathing apparatus used a high pressure jet to put out a fire. The firefighters also removed a casualty, who was passed to the care of paramedics and taken by ambulance to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.”
