A MAN has been ordered to do 120 hours of unpaid work in the community for acting aggressively in Clydebank.
Gordon Frame previously pleaded guilty to repeatedly shouting, swearing and acting aggressively at his home in Auchnacraig Road on June 6 this year.
The 27-year-old also resisted arrest against four police officers, struggling violently, tensing his arms, clenching his fists, trying to prevent handcuffs being applied, lashing out with his legs and refusing to walk to a police vehicle.
He also had possession of cannabis, worth less than £10.
Dumbarton Sheriff Court heard last week that police were asked to attend and found Frame and another individual under the influence. The woman was “threatening suicide”, said the depute fiscal.
The fiscal continued: “[Frame] came out of the sitting room shouting and swearing at police.”
Sheriff William Gallacher ordered Frame “give back to the community” with 120 hours of unpaid work.
