Remember when a Glasgow star turned up at the glamorous Met Gala?
Some of the world's most famous faces stunned on the red carpet for this year's Met Gala.
From Kim Kardashian to Sydney Sweeney, the guests at one of fashion's most coveted events showed up in their glamorous outfits at the annual event, which is held at the Metropolitan Museum of Modern Art in New York City.
And one of Glasgow's own stars has made a couple of appearances at the exclusive event in recent years.
Drumchapel's finest James McAvoy has previously attended the Met Gala with his wife Lise Liberati.
The actor posed up a storm on the red carpet in 2022 at the same time he was starring in a play, Cyrano de Bergerac in Brooklyn.
He donned a charcoal suit with tails at the event, the theme of which was "In America: An Anthology of Fashion".
Last year, the 45-year-old wore a black suit with a bejewelled tie and carried a fan as an accessory, while his wife wore a red leather gown.
That was in keeping with the theme which honoured the work of the late German designer Karl Lagerfeld, who was the creative director of Chanel until his death in 2019.
