At around 8.55pm, two men entered the Old Mill Garage on Glasgow Road, and while paying for an item, one of the men threatened staff with a weapon and demanded money.
The two men took a three figure sum of cash before running off in the direction of Hardgate Roundabout.
Nobody was injured during the incident.

The second man is described as white, 5’8” tall, late 20s, and with brown hair worn in a crewcut style, closely shaved in at the sides. He was wearing a black hooded top with a white zip and tie strings, dark trousers and dark trainers.
Detective Constable David Lavery from Clydebank CID said: “The two men were seen running from the premises towards Hardgate Roundabout and enquiries are continuing to establish where they went from there.
