A TODDLER has fallen from a flat window in Clydebank.
Emergency services were called to the scene, on Dumbarton Road at around 2.10pm today, and police remain at the scene.
The two-year-old girl fell from the third floor window, and has been taken to The Royal Hospital for Sick Children in an ambulance.
One neighbour told the Post: "I don't know the family, I just stay close and saw someone standing crying.
"She was in hysterics at the door. It’s just tragic. It’s just really, really sad.”
Another neighbour living next door to the flat said: “These windows are very dangerous, they push right open. I think they do have a safety catch but, if it’s not on, they go wide open.
“It’s a bit scary, considering I’ve got a child. I can’t believe it. I hope she’s okay.”
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: "Around 2.10pm this afternoon officers were called to reports of a two-year-old girl having fallen from a third storey flat window near Boquhanran Road.
