Scottish Water is advising road users in Clydebank of some road traffic management on Great Western Road (A82) from Wednesday, May 29.
A short stretch of the road’s outside lane on the east-bound and west-bound carriageway, east of the roundabout at Drumry Road, will be closed to enable Scottish Water’s contractor George Leslie to carry out site investigation work.

This work will help determine the best solution for a permanent repair and future investment on an 84-year-old sewer which was previously damaged by a falling tree.
Road traffic management will be in place from 7am to 5pm each day (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday this week and removed for the weekend) and is expected to be lifted by Friday June 7.
Scottish Water apologises for any inconvenience and thanks affected road users in advance for their patience and understanding.
