EVERYONE who attended the annual Bowling Gala Day had a great time - despite the dull weather.
Families turned up to take part in the fun filled day packed with lots of activities for people of all ages.
There were stalls, bouncy castles, entertainment from Laura Gray School of Dance and circus girl Aimi Phillips, different types of games, and much more.

And the fun continued into the night with a disco.
Noreen Shields, a member of the Bowling Gala Day committee, said: “It was a great turn out. This was the 43rd year of the gala.
“Councillor Karen Conaghan said she was delighted that we took on a range of things that were either free or really cheap.”
