A MUM was left “shaking with rage” after her baby was nearly hit by youths “throwing rocks” from Clydebank rail station.
The mother-of-two was standing at a bus stop at Chalmers Street on Sunday, July 21 with her two young children, when the rocks started being launched from above.
One missed her daughter’s pram by “less than a couple of inches”.
The woman, who does not wanted to be named, went up to the station platform and took a video of the boys involved.
She posted it on social media with the caption: “Anyone own or know of these little animals?
“They’re beyond lucky they never hit any of my kids.
“Waiting on a bus at the bottom of Clydebank and the little b*****s are all stood up at the train station throwing rocks down at the bus shelter and passing buses.

“One barely just missed my baby in her pram, and another one hit a woman in a wheelchair getting off a bus.
“Several bounced off bus windows scaring a lot of people too.
“I’m shaking with rage after it. They only ran as I got closer to try to see their faces.
“A woman called the police on them after her daughter was almost hit too, hope the wee animals get caught and dragged home to the parents and get a good slap, especially the gallus idiot with the orange covering his face.”
ScotRail and Police Scotland confirmed that they had no reports of the incident on July 21.
However, ScotRail said an incident was reported by one of their train drivers on July 18 of youths throwing stones at a passing train in Clydebank.
And police had reports of a bus being damaged on Chalmers Street on Friday, July 12.
At around 4.05pm, the vehicles window was smashed by an “unknown object”.
The driver didn’t see what it was, and the buses CCTV didn’t capture the incident.
A British Transport Police (BTP) spokesperson said: “BTP received a report of youths throwing stones from Clydebank station onto a nearby street at 4.20pm on July 21.
“Officers attended and details were taken from the youths while enquiries continue. No one was hit or injured in the incident.”
The Post previously reported in October that taxi drivers spoke out about a similar issue when red stones used to decorate the trains platform were being thrown almost daily.

One driver had his rear windscreen smashed causing him to miss two days of work.
He said: “The stones provide the youths with ammunition.
“I’m severely disappointed in ScotRail not removing them despite several complaints. We provide a vital service for their customers getting off the trains.”
A ScotRail spokesperson added: “Vandalism and anti-social behaviour like this is completely unacceptable, and we will work with the BTP to clamp down on this behaviour and bring those responsible to justice.”
