If YOU are part of the older generation in Clydebank and are looking for a way to keep active - why not try walking football?
The activity is organised for Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 4pm in West College Scotland in Clydebank for those aged 55 and over.
Four years ago, Les Austin and two others went to the college to start the club, and new members have been welcome ever since.

The health benefits are there for everyone to see as all the players feel sharper physically and also mentally.
And there is a social benefit as it gets them out and about and meeting new people or reconnecting with players that they played with years ago at boys’ clubs.
Just turn up at the hall above the garage.
