Stones painted with NHS thank-you messages and rainbows were left on the stairs outside Clydebank Health Centre last week.
NHS worker Jennifer Faulds shared pictures of the stones with a message to the unknown painter.
She wrote: “Would just like to say a big thank you to whoever went to the effort of painting these, and left them outside the health centre, it made me smile while out on my break today - for a socially distant walk”.

Bankies were quick to comment on the lovely gesture, with a few guessing at who might have left them.
Alison Holmes, another health centre employee, also commented: “Was a lovely surprise we stumbled upon this morning Jennifer… Well done to who painted them. They are so bright and colourful, certainly put a smile on our faces.
“We were just all over them admiring the beauty.”
