A CLYDEBANK hairdresser is excited to get back to business after a long period of closure – despite some strict changes.
Tracy Mack, who runs Mack Hair Lounge, on Dumbarton Road, will be opening her salon on July 15.
Her day will be split into two sessions, so the premises can be cleaned and sanitised in between.
Tracy told the Post: “ I am absolutely missing my work but it’s not all about the hair, it’s the chats too. I love nothing better when I see how happy my guests are after creating beautiful hair for them, giving them confidence and lifting their spirits.”
There will be a maximum of two customers in the salon at a time with a barrier in between. Each station will be washed down before and after, and customers will be required to wear masks.
Tracy said: “I think business will have it hard for a while but with determination and support from the local community we will all see it through.
“I would like to say a massive thank you to all my customers that have been patient, their loyal support has been fantastic through tough times.”
