British Transport Police have released a CCTV image of a man they believe may be able to assist them with their enquiry to an assault onboard a Balloch train.
The incident took place on Friday, July 31 on the 5.38pm train from Balloch at Drumry train station, and as a result of the incident a man suffered facial injuries and required hospital treatment.
Officers wish to trace the man shown in this image.
The man is described as being in his late teens or early twenties, approximately 5 foot 7/8 inches, muscular build with brown hair.
He was wearing a bright green Lacoste polo shirt, khaki green shorts, white socks and black sliders.
