A West Dunbartonshire food bank is urging locals to donate items that are in short supply.
Food For Thought are currently short of beans, soup, pasta sauce, tea bags and sugar.

Those wishing to donate can drop-off items at their office Monday-Friday from 10am to 5pm at Unit 14 A, Artizan Shopping Centre, Dumbarton High Street. Due to new restrictions, please call before visiting.
