A charity which provides emergency food aid to those most in need across West Dunbartonshire is encouraging locals to join in their fundraising and awareness campaign during international food week.
Food For Thought are asking residents to take part in the fair food challenge which will see participants experience living on an emergency food aid parcel for one week from October 12-16.

The charity say “there is often a misconception about food banks and the challenges people face so now we want to raise awareness and have more people to join us in the fight against food insecurity.”
Those wishing to sign up for £10 can do so by completing an online form at bit.ly/32XDD5V.
