Clydebank residents forced to self-isolate after coming into contact with positive Covid-19 cases will now only have to do so for 10 days.
It comes after the Scottish Government reduced the self-isolation period for positive contacts and international travellers from 14 days to 10.
The new rules came into effect on Monday (December 14) after the four UK chief medical officers agreed that based on the latest evidence self-isolation of just 10 days is sufficient to suppress the spread of the virus.
