WHILE summer may be the peak golfing season, players at Clydebank Overtoun Golf Club have been showing that the chillier weather is no barrier to getting in a few extra holes.
The parkland course in Dalmuir, which is managed by West Dunbartonshire Council, has been home to the club since 1928.
The course offers a tough test of golf with stunning views of the Kilpatrick Hills as its backdrop.
The 14th hole - The Gully - is still ranked as one of the hardest par-three holes in Scotland.
