Earlier this morning, Kevin Bridges fans claim they were frustrated at waiting in an online queue for pre-sale access to his upcoming tour.
Ticket buyers joined a virtual queue on Ticketmaster at 10am but were frustrated at the website crashing and kicking them out of a queue of 20,000 people.
Many fans on Twitter complained that the website could not process their order, or that they had lost their place in the queue without leaving the webpage.
A Twitter user commented: "I joined the #KevinBridges presale today at 9.45, got to the end of the queue at around 10.15 and the website crashed.
"Refreshing didn't do anything and had to go back and it put me back to 20,000 in the queue. Upset - shouldn't it remember your session/IP?"
