A yellow weather warning has been issued by the Met Office for the west of Scotland - with strong winds set to cause travel disruption on Wednesday.
Forecasts predict that high winds will strike the area between 4am and 1pm on March 22, meaning the early morning commute to work will likely be impacted.
It means potential disruption to road, rail and air travel and high-sided vehicles could be affected.
The warning covers the west and north-east coasts of Scotland, as well as large parts of the Highlands and the Borders.
