Three Clydebank professional footballers joined the pupils of a Dalmuir primary school to cut the ribbon on the opening of their new football pitch.
Kids from Our Lady of Loretto were joined by brothers Stephen and Paul McGinn alongside Celtic's Chloe Craig at the official opening of the pitch, described as a 'multi-use games area'.
Also there was Councillor Clare Steel, convener of education services.
The youngsters were noticeably excited to meet the players and show off their football skills on their new pitch.
The X3G multi-purpose pitch will be used for sports and games and is a welcome addition to the outdoor space at the school.
