It's that time of year when primary seven pupils across the area say goodbye to 'the little school,' before taking the step of heading to 'the big school.'
Even for the area's littlest tots, the end of June is a time when there are changes for many and new steps on the road of life are made.
It's all part of growing up and it was no different 15 years ago when local kids began their journey into the unknowns of further education.
We again travel back in time to find out what was going on in the community in the days long past and hope the pictures below bring back some fond memories for some.

Nursery pupils visited their new primary school for the first time
Excited nursery pupils visited their new primary school as they got ready to make the leap.
The youngsters from Auchnacraig Nursery went along to meet their buddies at Edinbarnet Primary in Faifley, as they prepare for their first day in August.
All the kids got the chance to meet their new teachers and spend some fun time drawing in their new classroom.
A primary school hosted a summer fair
It was fun in the sun at St Paul’s Primary School’s Summer fair.
There was lots to do on the day including stalls with toys, books, games, cake and candy, a cafe and a tombola.
Children at the Whiteinch school enjoyed the bouncy castle and showed off their stuff at the talent competition.
The fair also included a balloon release with a prize for the balloon that went the furthest.
Eco in the park
Eco-friendly residents were out in force in 2008 to enjoy a fun-filled day of activities in the park.
The Environment Trust held an event in Drumry Linear Park in a bid to get residents involved in the environment.
A series of arts stalls, face painting and a street theatre group kept the youngsters amused.
Police scheme aimed at getting kids creative
Kids from across the area were learning to get streetwise at a new police initiative.
Third-year pupils from Clydebank, Drumchapel, St Thomas Aquinas and Knightswood high schools were at Glasgow’s ABC to learn about the dangers of gang warfare and getting involved in drugs and alcohol.
The initiative Bring It On — which is the first of its kind in the Strathclyde area — comprised of a 90-minute multi-media event as well as a drama about gang-related violence by S1 pupils from Drumchapel High.
Moving on up
Primary seven pupils were getting ready to go off to secondary school.

A visit from a former footballer hoping to inspire the next generation
Stars of football, skiing and more were honoured at St Andrew’s High for their sporting excellence in a ceremony featuring special guest, former pro footballer Ally Graham.
The ex-Raith Rovers hitman was on hand to answer questions about his career and talk about life as a professional sportsman.
Third-year pupil David Hopkins also picked up an award for winning the Whitecrook school’s heptathlon event.
He received his trophy from PE teacher Colin Chambers.
