Clydebank residents are being invited to engage with a listening project as part of an inquiry into Covid-19 in Scotland.
Let’s Be Heard, part of the Scottish Covid-19 Inquiry, will be at the town’s shopping centre from 10am until 3pm on Friday, August 4.
The project, which launched in May earlier this year, is the main channel for people who were impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic in Scotland between January 1, 2020, and December 31, 2022, to engage with the independent inquiry.
It asks members of the public to share their experiences of the pandemic and any lessons that they believe should be learnt from it, so Scotland is better prepared in the future.
The project asks:
- What were your experiences of the Covid-19 pandemic in Scotland?
- What impact did these experiences have on you or people you know?
- What lessons do you think should be learned from your experiences?
The information that is found throughout the project will then help the Inquiry’s investigations and inform its reports.
The project team are also looking to speak to community groups and organisations in the area to find out how they can get involved with the project.
