A MAN has been charged after an alleged police chase through Clydebank.
Officers from Police Scotland's Road Policing Unit said they spotted the motorist behind the wheel of a vehicle, which was reportedly stolen, earlier today.
A short pursuit then allegedly took place on the A82 before the 27-year-old was stopped.
Police confirmed the driver has been charged in connection with seven reported offences including drink-driving, reset, and dangerous driving.
He is now being held in custody for court.
