A MAN has been arrested after allegedly breaking into a local shopping centre.
Officers were alerted to the reported break-in after responding to an intruder alarm at a premises in the Clyde Shopping Centre last night.
Police and CCTV operators worked through the night to identify and trace the accused individual.
It has now been confirmed that a 30-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with alleged housebreaking.
He is expected to appear at Dumbarton Sheriff Court at a later date.
