The magic of Christmas was on full show at the town’s shopping centre on Saturday as a certain fella in a big red coat met with children.

With Mrs Claus in tow, Santa arrived at Clyde Shopping Centre to meet Clydebank kids and better understand who had been naughty and who had been nice this year.

The couple took some much-needed time out from their busy festive schedule and spread a lot of love and joy – with the big day now less than 20 sleeps away.

And the community’s youngsters were all smiles as Santa and Mrs Claus stopped for pictures and took down their Christmas present wish list on a bust day in the centre.

But, the question remains, who will be getting what they asked for and who will be getting the dreaded lump of coal?
