TWO parts of busy local roads are set for overnight closures over the next few weeks.
One lane on the northbound A82 at Stirling Road will close from 8pm on Wednesday, January 10 until 6am on Thursday, January 11 for "essential" gully repairs.
Amey, the company that maintains the A82 on behalf of Transport Scotland, says although this is categorised as a CAT 1 repair, it is not anticipated that there will be significant disruption arising from these works.
A spokesperson said: "Overnight essential gully maintenance on the A82 is planned between 8pm and 6am on Wednesday January 10. This work is being undertaken off-peak using a single lane closure."
And the same scheme will close one lane at the northbound A898 as you approach the Erskine Bridge from Glasgow.
Gully maintenance and cleaning at the Dalnotter Interchange will take place between January 10 and January 18.
