FOUR drivers were clocked speeding on a busy Clydebank road within an hour of each other over the weekend.
Road police stopped the motorists allegedly travelling at more than 60mph on the 50mph section of the A82.
The first driver was reportedly caught doing 63mph at 12.24pm on Sunday before another driver sped past at 68mph 20 minutes later.
Two more were caught between 1pm and 1.16pm.
Each driver was fined £100 and given three penalty points.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Today DumbartonRP stopped four vehicles for speeding on the A82 Clydebank.
"This section of road has a 50mph speed limit. Each driver received £100 fine and three penalty points."
