Scotland is set to be battered by wind this afternoon as Storm Ingunn sweeps across the country.
We previously reported that a yellow weather warning for wind was issued for Glasgow today.
The Met Office has implemented the warning for the Glasgow and wider Strathclyde area until 5pm on Wednesday, January 31.
Some transport delays and disruptions can be expected, as well as temporary loss of power in some areas.
The rapidly deepening area of low pressure passing to the north of Scotland today has been named Storm Ingunn by the Norwegian Meteorological Institute
