OLD Kilpatrick Food Parcels launched four years ago this week.
Based out of Napier Hall on Dumbarton Road, Old Kilpatrick, the food bank opened on May, 6, 2020 during the coronavirus pandemic.
It opens Monday to Friday every week and encourages donations from the public.
Over the past 12 months they have provided food to 5,024 households totalling over 11,000 adults and children.
A total of 1800 cats and 1940 dogs also received food from the group's PetFoodBank.
More than 50,000 individual items of food and toiletries were distributed across the area.
