A schoolboy has been rushed to hospital after being hit by a vehicle in Glasgow.
Police swarmed Kirkton Avenue in Knightswood shortly after 3pm this afternoon (Tuesday, June 10), after being made aware of the incident.
The force says they received a report of an 11-year-old boy being struck by a motor in the area.

999 crews then rushed to the scene where the youngster was then taken to hospital for treatment.
In images shared with the Glasgow Times, cops were pictured on the street, while the road was closed.
Ambulance crews were also pictured on the scene.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: "Around 3.10pm on Tuesday, June 11, 2024 police received a report of an 11-year-old male pedestrian having been struck by a vehicle in Kirkton Avenue, Glasgow.
"Emergency services attended and he was taken to hospital for treatment.”
The Scottish Ambulance Service has been contacted for comment.
