A Clydebank man risked "catastrophic" consequences by throwing weightlifting equipment out a window, a court has heard.
Kieran McFall previously admitted throwing the items, including dumbbells, a metal bar and a weightlifting bench onto the street below.
It struck a van parked outside to the danger of the lieges on December 12, 2022 at the town's Peel View.
Sentence had been deferred on that matter for him to be of good behaviour after he pleaded guilty just before a trial.
The 21-year-old appeared at Dumbarton Sheriff Court on July 23 to review his progress on a community payback order for threatening to kill police and spitting at them.
Police had arrived at his then Peel View home on September 3, 2022 and found him in the common close with his top off.

He immediately became aggressive with officers and he continued to hurl abuse at cops while en route to Clydebank police office.
Threats included "you're dead" and vows to "slash them". He aimed a "glob" of spit at one of them, narrowly missing.
He also repeatedly uttered offensive and homophobic remarks and repeatedly struck his heasd and feet on the police cell van.
He further denied he had any sharp instruments ahead of a search before a blade was found in his pocket.
At court last week, McFall's defence solicitor said his client was "much more mature than when I first dealt with him".
For throwing items out the window, Sheriff William Gallacher said he told the man previously "I was horrified" and "historically, people have died from that".
He imposed a further community payback order with social work supervision for 12 months. He must also do 180 hours of unpaid work in the community.
The sheriff added: "It is a very serious matter. The consequences could have been catastrophic."
Both court orders will be reviewed in October.
