A CLYDEBANK charity is promoting the importance of keeping fit and healthy.
Improving Lives is a disability awareness organisation that launched in 2017 and is run by husband and wife Kevin and Dhyani Crawford.
The group provides a variety of mental and physical health services across West Dunbartonshire.
'The Improving Lives Cup' takes place on Sunday, August 18 at Holm Park with tickets costing £3 and all funding raised going to the charity.
Kevin opened up on the importance of the event.
"It is the first time we have put on something like this," he said.
"We want to get people out of isolation and get them involved in things.
"Exercising is vital for your mental health and we want to promote fitness in the community."

The event is being held in conjunction with Sportsman's Barbers in Dalmuir, with a team facing off against an Improving Lives side, and there will be a raffle, face painting and food on offer for those who attend.
And Kevin detailed how much the community has helped out in planning for the match.
"The barbers have been amazing in helping us out," Kevin continued.
"They have raised funds and already have their own kit sorted which has made things a lot easier.
"Clydebank FC were also kind enough to offer their pitch for the match at the first available opportunity.
"Everyone has been really receptive to the concept."
