FOUR people have been rushed to hospital after an 'incident' on a busy road in Clydebank.
Police say they were called to a two-vehicle smash on Montrose Street in Clydebank on Wednesday, August 21.
The force was alerted to the crash at around 8pm.
999 crews then raced to the scene.
After that, four people were taken to hospital.
Meanwhile, one driver was issued with a fine for an alleged road traffic offence.

A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: “We were called to reports of a two-vehicle crash on Montrose Street in Clydebank around 8pm on Wednesday, August 21, 2024.
“Emergency services attended and four people were taken to hospital as a precaution.
“One driver was issued with a fixed penalty notice for a road traffic offence.”
A spokesperson for the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service added: "We were alerted by emergency service partners at 8.12pm on Wednesday August 21, to reports of a road traffic collision on Montrose Street, Clydebank in Glasgow.
"We were advised that our services were not required."
