AN Old Kilpatrick man will be under a curfew for six months over his drug dealing more than three years ago.
Alexander Knox, of Bute Drive, was previously punished for his conviction for being concerned in the supply of the class C drug Etizolam at a property in Auchnacraig Road, Clydebank.
The offence took place between March 19 and April 2, 2021.
But 45-year-old Knox was brought back to Dumbarton Sheriff Court on August 20 for breaching a community payback order (CPO) - twice.
Sheriff Maxwell Hendry said it was with a "degree of hesitation" that he would impose a third CPO.
He told the dealer: "The court has tried to be as sympathetic and flexible with you. You accepted you were guilty of a fairly serious crime.
"I'm prepared to go the extra mile."
The new CPO will include 18 months of social work supervision. And he will be electronically monitored at home from 7pm to 7am for the next six months.
