Residents have been left without power after a cut in supply affecting a residential street in Knighstwood.
Customers in the postcode area G132DR have had their power cut after an issue was first reported around 1.12pm yesterday.
At 10.30am today, September 3, SP Energy Networks carried out an urgent shutdown in order to safely excavate the fault in an underground cable network.
The excavation is taking place on Cloberhill Road and residents are being told this may affect their supply.
The current estimated restoration time of the fault is 1.30pm today.
The public is being told if they require any further help or support, to call SP Energy Networks on 105.
