A CHARITY football match took place in Clydebank to promote the importance of keeping fit and healthy.
Improving Lives is a disability awareness organisation that launched in 2017 and is run by husband and wife Kevin and Dhyani Crawford.
The group provides a variety of mental and physical health services across West Dunbartonshire.
'The Improving Lives Cup' was held on Sunday, August 18 at Holm Park with all funding raised going to the charity.
The event took place in conjunction with Sportsman's Barbers in Dalmuir, with a team facing off against an Improving Lives side.
There was also a raffle, face painting and food on offer for those who attended.
Kevin opened up on the importance of the event.

"It is the first time we have put on something like this," he said.
"We want to get people out of isolation and get them involved in things.
"Exercising is vital for your mental health and we want to promote fitness in the community.
The barbers have been amazing in helping us out.
"They have raised funds and already had their own kit sorted which made things a lot easier.
"Clydebank FC were also kind enough to offer their pitch for the match at the first available opportunity.
"Everyone has been really receptive to the concept."
