A competition has been launched to give West Dunbartonshire producers a chance to have their products stocked in Scotmid stores.
The Scottish convenience retailer has teamed up with Scotland Food & Drink to launch the 'Scotmid’s Scottish Favourites' competition, which will see at least three winning products secure an ongoing listing in Scotmid stores from early next year.
The competition is open to all Scottish food and drink suppliers across various product categories.
Applications are now open, with the chance for 16 different producers to be selected to pitch to the Taste Panel - a panel of food and drink experts - between November 5 and 12, in a Dragon’s Den-style format.
Applications for the competition close at 11pm on Tuesday, October 15.
