A woman sent abusive messages mocking her ex for being disabled, a court has heard.
Gabrielle McEwan, 27, repeatedly sent voice notes attacking the individual and admitted they were offensive and derogatory.
Dumbarton Sheriff Court heard on October 1 that the victim, in Clydebank, got a voice note over WhatsApp at about 8.15pm on May 13.
The first stated: "One of these days someone is going to put you down."
A second called them a "handicapped wee b*stard".
There were further messages. Knowing the victim did not have full use of their legs, McEwan said: "At least I will have my two f***ing legs, unlike you."
Police were contacted and McEwan, of Linden Avenue, Girvan, later pleaded guilty to the crime, which was aggravated by prejudice relating to disability and by being against a partner or ex.
Defence solicitor Scott Adair said: "There is no intention to have any form of reconciliation with the accused."
Sheriff Morag Fraser imposed a structured deferred sentence with a review in three months.
A possible non-harassment order will be considered at a later date.
