A man has been robbed in an early evening incident in Clydebank.

A 33-year-old man was on North Elgin Street near the junction with Fleming Avenue on Sunday, September 29 at 8.20pm when his phone was stolen.

The man did not require treatment after the robbery.

Police are now appealing for anyone who can help with their investigation.

Detective Constable Georgia Callander said: “Our enquiries are ongoing and we are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed this to contact us.

“We also ask anyone who may have private CCTV or dashcam footage of the area at the time to come forward.”
