Scotrail confirmed the news on social media at 9.56am.
The disruption is also due to slippery rails.
Services are subject to delays, alterations and cancellations.
Train services between Helensburgh Central and Edinburgh will be cancelled, delayed or revised.

Travelling between Motherwell and Dalmuir via Whifflet may be cancelled, delayed or revised.
Train services between Cumbernauld and Dalmuir via Motherwell will be cancelled, delayed or revised.
