AN ITEM believed to be a bomb exploding in Clydebank has been captured on video by a nearby resident.
A "suspect item" was found in Overtoun Court - a high-rise block of flats - in Dalmuir on the afternoon of Monday, October 28.
EOD personnel attended and carried out a controlled explosion on the device last night.
Footage captured by a resident in another high-rise flat in the area shows the street beside Overtoun Court before a loud bang is heard.

A police cordon was still in place with officers guarding the area.
Residents on social media expressed their shock following the explosion.
One said: "It was so loud I actually jumped out of my skin."
Another commented: "I am still shaking."
While another claimed to hear more than one explosion.
They said: "They have already done three now, the last explosion shook Crescent Court."
Today, Chief Superintendent Gary I'Anson, Divisional Commander for Argyll and West Dunbartonshire, said: "I would like to extend my thanks again to the local community for their patience as we dealt with this incident.
"I understand the inconvenience it will have caused and I am grateful for your cooperation."
We previously reported that cops confirmed that a 26-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with an alleged firearms offence.
Residents were evacuated and trains were cancelled.
People who live in the block were eventually able to return to their homes at 2.30am.
Police were searching the area as part of an ongoing investigation when they found the item.
