A family-run store in Clydebank has issued a warning after seeing an increase in abuse towards their staff.
Terminus Store located on Dumbarton Road, Dalmuir, has said they are cracking down on the collection of parcels from their stores after several incidents.
In a post on Facebook, the convenience store which has been serving customers for more than 35 years says physical and verbal abuse towards staff will not be tolerated.
The continued by saying those collecting parcels without relevant information the mail will not be handed over.
The post reads: "We sadly have seen an increase in abuse towards our staff especially when it comes to collection of parcels.
"If you do not have the relevant information required to collect a parcel - we cannot give it out. We now will not hesitate to contact the police. Thank you in advance."
