A local football club has pledged its support for Old Kilpatrick Food Parcels [OKFP] ahead of Christmas.
Kilpatrick Athletic will be providing cash and food donations as well as selection boxes during the festive period.
OKFP initially started during the coronavirus pandemic, where volunteers collected medication prescriptions and delivered them to vulnerable families who were unable to leave their homes.
They have since then provided essential food and toiletries to over 37,000 people throughout West Dunbartonshire.

As well as providing food and toiletries, the charity also aims to combat social isolation and offer a safe space for children and families.
The group's Chatty Cafe opens Monday to Friday between 12pm and 4pm to provide a hot meal and some company for anyone who is struggling.
Kilpatrick Athletic will also continue to support the charity beyond the festive period.
